Christmas in Houston

For Christmas Grandma bought us tickets to the Magical Winter Lights at Sam Houston Raceway.  It was a bit soggy, but fun!

Ezra and Jonas inside a cowboy for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo vignette.

Judith, Ezra and I rode our first ferris wheel.

 The view from the top.

Mom came too!

Early Christmas dinner with the Athertons and Spearmans.

 Opening presents!

 Goofing around with Lucia.

Candlelight service at ORBC with Lily and the Bass family.

Our Christmas Eve birthday party for Jesus.

After present opening on Christmas morning the kids went outside to play in the sprinkler.  Yes, it was that warm.

One of the best things about Houston: Dinner with life long friends.

Pump it Up with Jennifer and Lily!

One last visit with Grandma before we leave.

Love seeing extended family like cousin Judy and Charles, and dear Uncle Leonard.

Mario's fun with Uncle Garrett.

One last visit with Meme.

Early fireworks.  Their favorite was the "Poopy Puppy".

Mike stocked up on contraband mortars to smuggle back to Maryland.  We left on December 30th and headed to Nashville, TN.
