The weekend before Easter we colored some eggs. I was so thankful Mike was home to help this year. Last year, he had just left to serve in Operation Odyssey Dawn (Libya conflict) in France. Here's Judith all ready for the dying of eggs!
Jonas and Ezra depositing their eggs into an egg-dying contraption I picked up at WalMart. It actually worked pretty well and with less mess I thought.
Family photo in our back yard one week before Easter.
Hopefully, this was our last snow of the season.
I was doing a little bit of re-arranging on our snow day (what better than a day when you don't really want to get out, to take care of some around-the-house jobs?), and the kids were being less than helpful, but they sure were having fun.
Here is a deer that was in our front yard.
Ezra's first Tee-ball game was this past Saturday. We signed him up about a week or two before he broke his leg. Hopefully, he'll just miss the first 3 games before he gets his cast off (in 6 days!). We went to the first game to cheer on the team, but it wasn't very much fun to sit on the bench. :(
Here are my two sillies.
Judith and her Easter basket on Sunday morning.
The Easter bunny was pretty conservative with the baskets this year. One small toy and some edible goodies. Check out Judith's morning hair.
Egg hunting around the living room. It turned out to be a lovely day, but at 8am it was still too chilly to do an outside hunt.

Ezra checking out his loot.
We went to one of Mike's co-workers houses for an afternoon hunt. This is our family picture before we left.
Jonas was super serious about his egg hunting this year. Ezra too to an extent, but with his mobility issues he just wasn't very fast. As you can see, there were plenty of eggs to be had.
A few last pictures when we got home. Ezra actually took these.
